The condo has been beautifully updated in 2020 and offers a ground floor 1 bedroom, 2 full bath unit with a lanai that backs onto a partially private garden area away from any of the hustle and bustle of the main road.
It has room unit air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a modern open concept fully-equipped kitchen to the living room, full-size washer and dryer, two flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, telephone service and parking in front of the unit. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
For outdoor activities, the unit is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and a beach cart for all your beach equipment.
