The kitchen supplies everything you could need from making fancy drinks to delicious BBQ’s. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles and beach towels. The lanai provides a quiet space for morning coffee or a nightcap. The bed is so comfortable and having a washer and dryer is a bonus. Lorena and Rik have thought of everything. We can’t wait to book our next visit to Casa Ohana.”

We were looking for a ground floor unit, two bathrooms, across from the beach with a king size bed and found it!! After an active day out, parking and walking right up was a breeze. Kamaole III beach is right across the road from the resort. We could take the beach chairs provided at the condo and sit out at the beach. Our kids also loved the boogie boards provided. We used the BBQ area one night. It was so clean we couldn’t believe it. Overall the condo and its location was 100% was we were looking for. We all can’t wait to return.”

“5* - This is a great condo in walking distance to K beaches and restaurants. The check in process was easy. Neighbors were very quiet. Condo was spotless and recently updated. Condo came with cooler, chairs, towels, and everything we needed. Spice/condiments were pretty slim pickings but cooking breakfast and making beach lunches we had what we needed. My only negative comment about the condo was is the need for a new mattress and pillows. Mattress is wide but not long. At 5’8 and 6’0 both are feet hung off the end. The pillows were pretty flat and the mattress in my opinion is just ready to be replaced in general. Air conditioning was great to have in the bedroom. The lanai does face the street and you can hear traffic. Otherwise we enjoyed staying here and would stay here again with a new mattress. We did not open the pullout so I can’t comment on comfort of that bed. Thank you, we love Maui and enjoyed our stay.

“Everything is perfect! Chairs to enjoy the sunset. A boogie board for the adventuristic child in you! Cooking Utensils for all your cooking needs. Bedding and blankets are perfect. Bring those little shampoos and conditioners you’ve been collecting. They provide laundry soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap. There was even leftover aloe vera in the cabinet. Lorena is the perfect host.

I love this spot. I don’t want to go on and on because I want there to be availability when I plan my next dream vacation. :-) I had my twin 17 year olds. The place was perfect! They were able to go down to the pool and hot tub in the evening so we could all get our own space and reminisce about the days activities. Able to go to the beach alone without worry. “This unit is at the Kamaole sands complex near Kam 3 beach. It is in a building near the back of the complex which made it very quiet and peaceful. The beach is an easy walk (across the street from the property). There is assigned parking and gates at the secondary entrances. Check in was very easy at the front desk.
The pool was very nice. Wednesday afternoon at the pool they had hula dancers and it was amazing!
The location is nice. It’s an easy walk to Kihei shops and restaurants but close to Wailea/Makena.
The condo was clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer was great to have. The beach supplies in the lanai closet were very helpful. I liked the assigned parking so that I never had to wonder about finding a spot.”

“Nice Maui Condo - Clean ground floor condo with well stocked kitchen (including spice rack), private lanai where I enjoyed breakfast each morning, reasonably comfortable sofa bed, and a handy washer and dryer. Bathrooms are a bit small, but nice to have two of them. No central air, but living room and bedroom both have AC units. A short walk to Kam 3 beach and plenty of beach items are supplied. A nice place to stay on Maui. We saw a large sea turtle come up on the beach our last day there.
If you go, when you use Google maps for Kamaole Sands to check in, it takes you to the back gated entrance which must have a code. Be sure to begin at the FRONT entrance on S Kihei Road.”

“ Location, location, location! Just steps away from one of the best beaches in Maui while in walking distance to shops and restaurants, this Condo has all the amenities that will make you feel right at home while on this destination vacation. Going to the beach and need chairs, umbrella, cooler and some boogie boards? Check it off the list of items you would have to buy because it are just another great amenities that is provided! The master bedroom was very spacious and it was great having a full-size dresser and closet that had plenty of hangers where you could un pack and not feel that you were living out of a suitcase! Having an Air conditioner in the bedroom and living room was a life saver after coming back from some long, hot beach days. Don’t feeling like going out to eat, you have a full size kitchen with all the appliances and utensils to make that home cooked meal.
All in all this was a great place to stay with a central location that was in walking distance to the beach, restaurant’s and shopping. I would highly recommend spending your vacation at Casa Ohana and I am glad we were able to make it back to Maui to spend our time there.

“Ladies Dream Trip to Maui!! Perfect condo for us. I enjoyed the king size bed in the beautiful bedroom and my friend set up in the living room. One of the reasons we choose this condo was for the couch with the comfortable queen size bed, which my friend slept very well on for our 10 night visit. Having 2 full bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The washer and dryer were great to keep the bathing suits cleaned up. The condo is very beautifully decorated, super clean and fully stocked. Nothing was missing. We loved the picnic cooler, ice pack and plastic storage containers. Used them every day whether heading to the beach or on a full day road trip (Hana). Loved the privacy on this back corner unit. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the comfortable lanai. Safe and quiet!
The resort itself is incredibly well maintained and secure. The grounds are super clean and the lush gardens are beautiful. Loved the location of this resort in beautiful South Kihei. Short walk to spectacular beach!

“Great condo - clean and convenient! - This condo was great for our week long Kehei holiday as a couple. The best condo we’ve stayed in so far in Kehei. Clean/spotless, new and updated appearance with extra touches for ambiance, spacious, more than adequate kitchen supplies, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler to take to the beach or pool, etc. 2 bathrooms and a comfy pull-out in the living room if needed for a family. Ceiling fans as well as A/C in the main area as well as the bedroom. Great to arrive and have extra laundry detergent pods, dishwasher soap, and full size bathroom soaps to save a trip to the store for supplies. On the back-side of the complex but nice and quiet with a peaceful lanai with comfy lounge furniture, extending onto a green lawn.
Right across from Kamaole 3. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants nearby. In the Kamaole Sands condo complex with a nice big pool and always a pool lounger/chair available. There’s a little canteen by the pools for lunch basics and shave ice open til 2 pm. Well manicured grounds with fountains at the complex, lots of Weber BBQs in different areas if needed.
Overall a great place to stay, would stay here again next time and just as advertised in the advertisement! ”
