Important Note :

Kamaole Sands resort will collect the following fees: $35 one-time check-in fee and $40 one-time resort fee for stays up to 30 days. Total Check-In Fees with Tax - $76.67. These fees will be collected by the resort. The fee includes use of all complex amenities, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.

The nightly rate does not include 18.712% general excise and transient accommodations tax. Tax rates are set by the State of Hawaii and are subject to change without notice.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm & secure a reservation. A $300 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit is due with final payment.

NO SMOKING: The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. All Kamaole Sands Resort units are subject to this new law. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card.
